Section 7
Position Vacancy Position Vacancy

(1) The post of chairman or member shall be deemed to be vacant in the following cases:-
(a) If he resigns from his office before the Prime Minister,
(b) If he is ineligible to continue in his position according to section 5,
(c) If he resigns from the position he is holding in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 6,
(d) In case of his death.
(2) If the post of chairman or member becomes vacant for any reason, it shall be filled by completing the procedure as per section 3.
